As Rokt’s CEO, Bruce devises and directs the company’s strategy and manages its overall performance. He joined Rokt in 2012 from Jetstar where he served as Group CEO. Jetstar is a low fares airline serving 16 countries across the Asia-Pacific region.

Bruce played a central role in Jetstar’s success, having developed the original business case through the development of its long-haul international model.

Before that, Bruce was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he was a global leader in the firm’s consumer practice.

Bruce holds MBA degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson School of Business and the University of New South Wales Australian Graduate School of Management. In addition, he has a Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

As SVP, Customer Success, Holly leads and executes the strategy for Rokt’s global account management teams.

Holly started her career at Rokt as a Commercial Director, based in the Los Angeles office. The incredible growth of the business has brought Holly, along with her husband, Adam, and their black lab, Layla, to the Big Apple. Holly subsequently led the account team for Rokt’s global Ticketing clients before moving into her current role.

Prior to joining Rokt, Holly spent her career in the fast-paced startup world of early-stage tech businesses in Los Angeles. Don’t let the American accent fool you, Holly was actually born in Sydney and has dual Australian-American citizenship. She holds degrees from the Marshall School of Business and Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at the University of Southern California.

As the company’s Chief Product & Engineering Officer, Stuart directs all product and engineering related activities at Rokt in collaboration with strategic partners. He joined Rokt in 2015.

He came to Rokt from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a Principal in the firm’s Sydney office. While there, Stuart worked with clients on technology projects across a range of sectors including travel and tourism, infrastructure and mining. He has expertise in digital technology, commercial strategy, distribution, sourcing and procurement.

In the middle of his tenure at BCG Stuart left to join Jetstar, the low fares airline serving the Asia-Pacific region. He was responsible for distribution and product management of the airline’s technology platform for booking, payment and check-in. He returned to BCG after helping to grow the Jetstar Group from concept to $1 billion in revenue.

Stuart holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance as well as a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.

As Rokt’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Anthony (Ant) Hearne leads the Marketing and Global Partnership Business Development teams. In this role Ant, an experienced member of Rokt’s Executive Team, focuses on positioning Rokt for growth and growing our global distribution by partnering with the world’s leading ecommerce brands including eBay, Ticketmaster and Expedia.

Ant has more than 20 years of experience leading various aspects of marketing across agency, client and publisher businesses. Prior to Rokt, Ant spent five years at Outbrain where he founded the business in Asia as Regional Director and most recently served in a global role based in New York as VP of Global Marketing. Prior to joining Outbrain, he was the Marketing Director of Paid Content at News Corp in Australia and spent seven years in Telecommunications at SingTel Optus in a variety of senior roles that included running Consumer Marketing.

Ant is a proven business leader, digital marketing influencer and founding member of ACMA (Asia Content Marketing Association). He lives in New York with his wife and young family. Outside of work, his passions include rugby, skiing and surfing.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Nick oversees Rokt’s global sales team and cultivates new strategies to drive revenue for the organization.

Nick joined Rokt from Shutterstock where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales. During his time there, Shutterstock’s enterprise revenue performance grew by more than 450%. Prior to that, Nick held numerous sales roles with increasing responsibilities at UGO Entertainment, an online property of Hearst Communications. While there, Nick helped boost revenue by 7.5X, and played instrumental roles in many corporate developments, including UGO’s acquisition by Hearst.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Elon University, and certificates from several Vivendi Universal Management Training programs. Nick is based out of Rokt’s New York office.

Gemma serves as Rokt’s SVP, Finance and People which has her responsible for the management of the company’s finance and human resources functions across all markets in which it operates. She joined Rokt in 2013.

Prior to Rokt, Gemma was Finance Manager for eBay’s operations in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, she was Group Financial Accountant for Kesa Electricals and Senior Financial Accountant at Bupa International, a major health insurer.

Gemma began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in a series of accounting and audit roles of increasing responsibility. Her work covered clients in the consumer and industrial products, property, media, financial services and retail industries as well as a number of engagements with public sector organizations.

A Chartered Accountant, Gemma holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Merit in Accounting & Legal Studies from the University of Wollongong.

As SVP of Corporate Development, Vladi Kuschnerov handles investor relations, M&A, and partner evaluations for Rokt. He also is in charge of managing and training Rokt’s analytics team.

Prior to joining Rokt, he was Vice President, Corporate Development & Sales Operations for Amobee, a global marketing technology company. Vladi is also the founder and managing director of VK&Co – Strategy Consulting, where he led corporate development and strategy consulting initiatives for ad tech and digital media companies. He previously held management level positions at Adconion Media Group.

Vladi holds an MBA from the Technical University of Munich in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. In his spare time, he loves playing guitar. Vladi also has a passion for making his own hot sauce and pasta, and hanging out with his dog, Barry, a Boston Terrier.

As Rokt’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), James Wilson leads the technical direction for Rokt’s world-class engineering team. In this role James, a member of Rokt’s Executive Team, focuses on positioning Rokt as an engineering force that rises to the challenges of scaling a rapidly growing and innovative business.

James has 20 years of experience in software and network engineering in Australia and the US. Prior to Rokt, James was at Apple in Cupertino where he was responsible for the software engineering teams that developed productivity apps, the device setup experience and data privacy systems. He has also spent time at Amazon working on applying machine learning to network monitoring at a massive, global scale.

James is a proven leader of engineering teams and projects on a global scale. He is delighted to be back home, in Sydney, and outside of work his passions include music and astrophotography.
