In addition to unleashing the potential of ecommerce, each year we aim to implement new initiatives to guide our mission of helping Rokt’stars develop their voices and take part in challenges where they can learn and grow. This past year we’ve introduced many new initiatives including an increase to our annual Learning & Development budget. Within this, Rokt’stars can utilize a yearly “Level Up” stipend to attend classes, trainings, conferences, and more to help them grow confidently into their next role. We also want to ensure Rokt is open and inclusive to all. As part of this, we also recently introduced a flexible holiday schedule so that Rokt’stars are able to celebrate the moments that are culturally or religiously important to them.
Along with our commitment to the ongoing learning and development of each Rokt’star, we always keep transparency at the forefront of our business. All employees have access to Rokt’s Career Ladder, a wage transparency document that outlines the necessary skills, the salary and stocks & equity associated with each position. All Rokt’stars can see the salaries and skills for every position in every department. This document is re-evaluated quarterly to ensure economic changes are considered and Rokt’stars are competitively compensated. Employees in the same role receive identical compensation regardless of their gender, race, or negotiation skills.
We’re thankful for all of our Rokt’stars, who take the time to engage and highlight the things Rokt is doing well along with areas for growth and improvement. We recently shared the results from our latest quarterly “Pulse Survey”. Over 97% of Rokt’stars completed the Q4’22 survey — allowing us to learn more about the areas that have been effective and where we can get better as an organization. It’s through these surveys and even the Great Place to Work survey that we can really connect with the teams that help our business unleash its full potential.
