Rokt Response to COVID-19 – #StoptheSpread
A note from our CEO, Bruce Buchanan:
During these difficult times, it is impossible to ignore the impact that COVID-19 is having on everyone. Our hearts go out to all of those affected and our deepest appreciation goes to all the healthcare professionals and other frontline workers keeping our communities safe.
At Rokt, the health and safety of our people, and our clients, are our primary concern. Like many of you we are taking multiple measures to protect our communities. As of March 12, 2020 Rokt rolled out a recommendation for Work From Home for all staff in all offices globally. Thankfully we live in a digital world and are able to continue business as usual whilst our global teams work remotely until further notice. This means we are as available as always, just now via video call or phone call only.
Alongside Australian leaders and CEO’s from Canva, Atlassian, Culture Amp, Nitro and many others, we have committed to a unified action pledge to #stopthespread. As a business we are pledging to do our part in keeping our communities, our teams and our countries safe. This includes encouraging all our employees to continue social distancing, giving them the support they need to be with their loved ones during this time and doing our best to provide help to those in need in any other way we can. You can read more about #stopthespread and join the pledge here.
We understand these are challenging circumstances – from a business perspective, COVID-19 is having a significant impact across all industries with the full extent very much unknown at this stage. Whilst our technology may not be your first thought – we did want to reassure you that, if we can, we are here to help to support you, your customers, and strengthen your e-commerce business in any way we can.
If there is any way we can help please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of the Rokt team.
Sending you, your family and loved ones our very best wishes during these unsettling times.
Kind regards,
Bruce Buchanan and the team at Rokt
