Rokt welcomes new board member Karen Katz and CFO Nathaniel Katz
As we continue on our rapid growth trajectory and get closer to celebrating our 10th anniversary, people remain our number one priority. We’re thrilled to welcome Karen Katz to our board and Nathaniel Katz to our executive leadership team. They each bring unique expertise and experience to their role that will help us continue to scale our business quickly across new products, verticals and geographies.
Katz formerly served as President and CEO of Neiman Marcus Group, where she oversaw the strategic direction, operations and expansion of the Group and led the company’s digital transformation, integrating the online and in-store experiences. She currently serves on the boards of three public companies: Humana Healthcare, Under Armour and The RealReal. She also serves on several private equity–backed consumer company boards. Katz is the former Board Chair of the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas. She is bringing more than 30 years of consumer strategy, retail, and ecommerce experience to Rokt.

Prior to joining Rokt, Nathaniel was SVP of Finance for cybersecurity software company Datto, where he led the finance and IT functions and drove the company’s successful IPO process in 2020. His previous experience includes serving as VP of Corporate Finance and Planning for EnerNOC and working on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange for Susquehanna International Group. He holds an MS in Information Systems and an MBA from Boston University as well as a BBA in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He brings 20 years of experience at both public and private technology and services companies, covering strategic planning, IPO execution, M&A, and scaling teams and systems for rapid growth.
